Fiber Veneer Block
Made from polycrystalline mullite fiber through special processing, cutting, and compression. It contains no binders or other components and has excellent elasticity and flexibility, with a maximum use temperature of 1600°C. It retains its original toughness, strength, flexibility, and fiber structure when exposed to this temperature in oxidative, neutral, or mildly reducing atmospheres. The product contains no slag balls and can be used for lining the hot faces of various high-temperature industrial furnaces. It has excellent insulation properties and is a crystallization of technology for industrial development.
Overview
Fiber facing blocks are made by specially processing, cutting, and compressing polycrystalline mullite fibers. They do not contain any binders or other components, and the maximum service temperature can reach 1600°C.
Product nature
Low heat retention, low thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance, good sound absorption, high heat reflection, uniform fiber diameter, excellent chemical stability, resistance to airflow erosion.
Furnace lining and insulation use
Fiber Veneer Block can be selected for furnace lining, furnace insulation, ceramic kiln insulation and high-temperature thermal equipment when the operating conditions are suitable.
