These products feature fast heating and cooling rates, uniform furnace temperature, and light weight. They offer excellent thermal insulation and heating characteristics, with a design temperature range of 800°C to 1700°C, and an energy-saving rate of 20-40%. As all materials in this series are inorganic, no abnormal smoke is generated during use. The high-temperature fiber furnace series uses polycrystalline mullite fibers or polycrystalline alumina fibers for furnace linings, with heating elements typically made of silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods, or molybdenum wires.
