The paper is made from loose cotton as the primary raw material, with a small amount of inorganic or organic binder, and produced using a wet forming process. It possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, and high-temperature insulation properties. The product is easy to handle, convenient for construction, and suitable for deep processing.

Overview

The paper is mainly made of loose cotton, with a very small amount of inorganic or organic binders added. It is exquisitely made by the wet - forming process. The classification temperature ranges from 1200°C to 1500°C.

Low thermal capacity, low thermal conductivity; excellent electrical insulation properties; excellent mechanical processing properties; high strength, tear resistance, and high flexibility; low slag ball content.

Furnace lining and insulation use

Fiber Paper is used as a thin thermal barrier in furnace lining joints, gaskets, seals and backup insulation layers.
