Polycrystalline Mullite Fibre Board
The fiber board is made by wet vacuum filtration and pressure forming, using loose cotton with organic and inorganic binders. This product has a hard texture and excellent strength, resistance to erosion, and is easy to process and cut. Its raw materials are chemically stable refractory fibers, making it lightweight and having good insulation properties. It is a versatile product, often used for furnace linings to resist flames and direct high-temperature gas flow impacts.
Overview
The fiber board is formed by the wet - method vacuum suction filtration and pressure - forming process. It is made of loose cotton with a combination of organic and inorganic binders. The classification temperature of this product ranges from 1200°C to 1900°C.
